Plan the week, log every visit
Service can be as flexible as the pool needs: once a week, twice, or five times. Every pool sits on its days, with a tick for what is done. Open a visit, enter your photometer readings and get what to add and how much.
Run the office from the same app
Quotes, contracts, client payments with a yearly Excel export, and chemical usage live next to your visits. Holiday rentals show each guest stay, so you know when a pool is occupied.

Why we never hand you one magic number
Take lowering pH with acid. There is no single correct amount. It depends on whether the pool is indoor or outdoor, on total alkalinity (TA), on cyanuric acid (CYA) and on how much it is used. A number that ignores those factors is a guess.
So PoolHealth works in three ways

Set a target
Choose the free chlorine (FC) you want. PoolHealth works out what it takes to get there from your own readings.
Get a recommendation
Get a dose for today. Or pick the amount of a chemical yourself and see how total alkalinity (TA), cyanuric acid (CYA) and the other values shift. Included as the Recommendations add-on.

One user per account. Each extra pool is €1 a month (€10 a year). The limit is firm: a pool above it cannot be saved.
Client portal
A login for each client: their pools, visits, readings, photos and reports, plus a chat with you. You choose which report blocks each client sees, and whether a client may log visits.
Schedule
A weekly schedule for each pool, with a check of which planned days were served.
Visits and equipment
Readings, chemicals and photos for every visit, plus the state of each pool’s equipment, with the charts behind them.
Recommendations add-on
The “What and how much to add” block, hints like “Add ≈ N kg” and a recommendations window in the visit form, history, reports and the client portal. Without the add-on the texts are hidden, but they are saved and appear once you switch it on.

Holiday rentals

Works offline
No signal at the pool? The app still works and does all the calculations. Your data is uploaded to the server once you are back online.

How many pools can I add?
Up to 30 pools or hot tubs on one account. Each extra pool is €1 a month (€10 a year). The limit is firm: a pool above it will not be saved.
What are the add-ons?
Recommendations, Customisation and Adverts. Each is €15 a month (€150 a year). Recommendations adds the “What and how much to add” block. Customisation puts your own logo on the app, reports, quotes and contracts and removes the “Powered by PoolHealth” line. Adverts gives you a public page and a listing in Find a specialist.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. Client accounts are free. Your clients get their own login to see their pools, visits, readings, photos and reports, and to message you.
Can my clients enter visits themselves?
Only if you allow it. You can switch it on for each client separately.
Do I need a photometer and a TDS meter?
Yes. The dosing calculator is built around photometer readings. Strips are approximate and don’t measure every value PoolHealth uses. TDS is one of the values the LSI uses, and a TDS meter measures it.
Does PoolHealth decide the dose for me?
PoolHealth is a tool, and what you get from a tool depends on who uses it and how. It turns your readings into a recommendation for that pool (the Recommendations add-on). The decision stays with you.
Can my team use it?
An account has one user. If you hire technicians, switch to Business basic: up to 100 pools, 2 specialists and an office manager.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Can I download my data?
Yes. You can download all your data as an archive with tables and photos.
Which languages are available?
English, German, French, Spanish, Greek and Russian.
