Why we never hand you one magic number
Take lowering pH with acid. There is no single correct amount. It depends on whether the pool is indoor or outdoor, on total alkalinity (TA), on cyanuric acid (CYA) and on how much it is used. A number that ignores those factors is a guess.

Each specialist can have up to 50 pools. Limits are firm. An extra specialist adds 50 pools for €25 a month (€250 a year). A pack of 50 pools without a specialist is also €25 a month. Extra pools bought one by one are €1 a month each, so from the 26th the pack is cheaper.
Add-ons
Recommendations (the “What and how much to add” block), Customisation (your logo everywhere, no “Powered by PoolHealth” line) and Adverts (a public page and a listing in Find a specialist). €15 a month (€150 a year) each.

How many pools and specialists can I have?
Up to 100 pools, 2 specialists (up to 50 pools each) and an office manager. Limits are firm: a pool above the limit will not be saved. An extra specialist is €25 a month (€250 a year) and adds 50 pools. A pack of 50 pools without a specialist is the same price. Single extra pools are €1 a month (€10 a year) each.
What are the add-ons?
Recommendations, Customisation and Adverts. Each is €15 a month (€150 a year). Recommendations adds the “What and how much to add” block. Customisation puts your logo on the app, the client portal, reports, quotes and contracts and removes the “Powered by PoolHealth” line. Adverts gives you a public page and a listing in Find a specialist.
What can my technicians see?
A hired specialist sees only Maintenance and Tasks, and only the pools assigned to them.
What does an office manager see?
Everything the business sees.
How does the low-stock alert work?
You set a low threshold for each item. When the stock falls below it, the app creates a task and sends a push right away. Reminders continue until the task is marked done. You also get a reminder two to four times a year to review the thresholds, because chemical use depends on the season.
Does it handle accounting?
Yes. You keep a journal of income and expenses and download a report in Excel.
Do my clients need to pay?
No. Client accounts are free. Your clients get their own login to see their pools, visits, readings, photos and reports, and to message you.
Do I need a photometer and a TDS meter?
Yes. The dosing calculator is built around photometer readings. Strips are approximate and don’t measure every value PoolHealth uses. TDS is one of the values the LSI uses, and a TDS meter measures it.
Does PoolHealth decide the dose for my technicians?
PoolHealth is a tool, and what you get from a tool depends on who uses it and how. It turns readings into a recommendation for that pool (the Recommendations add-on). The decision stays with your people.

Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Can I download my data?
Yes. You can download all your data as an archive with tables and photos.
